1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that plan. All fees are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which may be added to your bill.
4.2 Billing Cycle
For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same day each month. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, you may continue to use the Services until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
4.5 Free Trials
We may offer free trials of our Services. If you sign up for a free trial, we will begin charging your payment method at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel before that time.
5. Use of Services
5.1 License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your personal or business use.
5.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Use the Services to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

- Use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
- Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services or collect data from the Services.
- Use the Services to harm, threaten, or harass any person or to impersonate any person.
5.3 Browser Extension
If you use our browser extension, you agree to:
- Only use the extension for its intended purpose of creating and scheduling Pinterest pins.
- Not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the extension.
- Not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the extension.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content
When you upload, submit, or otherwise provide content through our Services (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing the Services.
6.2 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content.
- Your User Content does not violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights of any person.
- Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
7. Pinterest Compliance
7.1 No API Access
Our Services do not use Pinterest’s API to post content directly to Pinterest. Instead, we provide tools to help you manage and organize content that you will later upload to Pinterest yourself using Pinterest’s bulk uploader.
7.2 Pinterest Terms
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Pinterest, including any content you upload to Pinterest using our Services, complies with Pinterest’s terms of service and community guidelines.
7.3 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that using our Services will prevent Pinterest from taking any actions against your account, including warnings, limits, or suspensions. You are solely responsible for complying with Pinterest’s rules and requirements.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pin Scheduler and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
